I was charged for self-employed on one of my W-2s. I'm trying to get a hold of someone to fix it. I think this service is **bleep**ty and you guys are getting 1 star from me. Only fixing the issue is going to change my mind. You have 24 hours to do so.
If you have not yet filed, you can clear and start over. This will reset your return and allow you to change the version of the software you are using.

While this will require you to redo the return in its entirety, it will also delete any and all forms associated with the return.

This is a TurboTax user community forum. We have no idea whom you sent the copies of the withdrawals to.
To contact TurboTax customer service/support use their contact website during business hours. If the problem concerns any type of refund for fees, use the key words billing issues and do Not use the word Refund or you will get a phone number for tax refunds

I paid for my son's taxes with my credit card and Turbo Tax charged for business filing and he does not have a business.. I called Turbo Tax they said they would refund me but have seen nothing. I have 2 case numbers and no response. ANDDD I used the callback service.. when they called back, they hung on me!!!

It has been a very long and I have not heard a word about the credit.
We do not have access to any user accounts on this forum.

I have called, been hung up on.... I'm beyond mad at this point...
Calling in is just ridiculous.. admit a mistake and credit where it needs to be.
They scammed me as well what did you find out if anything
