Update:
An update was available when I checked on Friday morning 07/14/23. I applied the update but it did not fix the GA state issue.
Still awaiting resolution!

Received notice from the TurboTax Moderators that the update on Friday 07/14/2023 should have fixed this issue.
Check your Installed Updates - Click on Online at the top of the desktop program screen. Click on View Installed Updates. In the update list check to see if the 07/14/2023 update was installed. If not installed then click on Check for Updates in the Online menu
If it was installed and you are still having the problem of not being able to e-file the Georgia state tax return due to the Failed Validation error then you need to send a diagnostic file to TurboTax for investigation.
Click on Online and then click on Send Tax File to Agent
When the Tax File is created and sent you will get a diagnostic file number.
Post the file number on this thread to the TurboTax Moderator @ErickaY
Is this update applies to Deluxe 2022 version only? I use Premier 2022. Can anyone confirm please?
Thanks

Software updates to the desktop editions apply to All the editions, Basic, Deluxe, Premier and Home & Business.
Thanks very much for this information, DoninGA.
As my received the Failed Validation error once again this afternoon for GA e-file return, I did as you advised and sent the tax file online to TurboTax and emailed the diagnostic # to Moderator Erika.
Hope they can discover the problem quickly!
As already noted, the 07/14/23 update was applied. Unfortunately, it did not resolve the GA issue. Below is proof:
Still not able to file GA:
@ErikaY The diagnostic file has been sent. My token number: 1148102
@ErikaY After the update installed, it is still not transmitting the GA return. Same error. The diagnostic file has been sent. My token number: 1148115. Is there a email address available for Erika?
Hope to resolve this issue soon.
Thanks
Two additional posts above about the current GA efile issue.
....they mis-spelled your "at" notification address.
So....In case you didn't see them, they provided:

Hi, I am have the same issue with trying to transmit federal and Georgia state taxes of receiving failed_validation error. all updates have been completed, program uninstalled and reinstalled but still received the same error. Token number is 1148174. @ErickaY
Update 7/20:
Hey everyone, I just tried eFiling my GA state again this morning and I'm happy to report that it went through successfully without the FAILED_VALIDATION error!
There was no update, or anything. I just tried it on a whim. But it wouldn't hurt to Check for Updates first before trying. So, everyone who is still stuck on GA eFile, please try again now.
Hi @tj_taxx,
Thank you for posting about this - I just tried to send my Georgia return and it also worked.
Another year done - finally.
Good News.
I was able to successfully eFile the GA return this morning. Thanks everyone to participate in resolving this issue and communicating the issue.
Yay. +1
My turbotax simply quit working for me in the last week or so in attempting software updates. After hearing good news from a few people, I decided to uninstall and install with the original .exe that came with the purchase. This time the updates was successful, and I verified Turbotax had the 7/14 update. The state of GA was transmitted right away!
Thanks to everyone in this forum who made this saga a happy ending.
I can report the same great news. I did try it last Friday and it didn't work. I decided to just wait another week. But today I also uninstalled it again, reinstalled it again, and updated it again (I didn't do this last Friday). So, I too am finished with taxes this year. My confidence in TurboTax is also restored. This forum and all the help from people has contributed greatly to that. Thanks everyone.
