TurboTax Advantage members should've received their products back in November. Did you payment information change, by chance? If TurboTax attempted to process your payment information and was unable to, they wouldn't have been able to process your order.
First, please update your TurboTax Advantage account information to include your corrected credit card info. Use the instructions I'm linking below to update that info.

If you are on the Advantage plan and ordered the CD you will get the CD and also both the Windows and Mac Downloads. So you don’t have to wait for the CD. Check the Email, scroll down and there is a part that looks like an invoice, it should say
TURBOTAX ADVANTAGE TY2018 CD W/WIN
AND MAC DOWNLOAD
