Get your taxes done using TurboTax

TurboTax Advantage members should've received their products back in November.  Did you payment information change, by chance?  If TurboTax attempted to process your payment information and was unable to, they wouldn't have been able to process your order.  

 

First, please update your TurboTax Advantage account information to include your corrected credit card info.  Use the instructions I'm linking below to update that info.

 

How do I update or confirm the info in my TurboTax Advantage account? 

 

After you've done that, please contact TurboTax Customer Support during business hours for assistance.  A Support rep will be happy to assist you.
