@prabhat-ranzanb You also posted that you do not understand why it shows that you owe the IRS and that you paid. If you are looking at the TurboTax site in your own account it is always going to show the results of the tax return that you prepared using the software. TurboTax never knows how, when or even if you paid your tax due, and the account will never show that you paid. Your own bank or credit card records are your proof that you paid.
The "Live" option is for assistance before you file your tax return, not after.
