trouble entering license code

I solved my problem. I can't refer to the web page since I had been wading through many pages. I got to a page that had 3 products to purchase. I selected CD/download Premier. The next page came up that had a box to enter the license code. I entered the code and selected "Download". I had to uninstall the previous Turbo-Tax application before the new install from the web page. Upon opening Turbo-Tax, the Verification Panel opened and had the box to enter the license code. Turbo-Tax opened and went to the work files

Display was 100%, resolution was 1280 x 1024 and VPN was ON.

I apologize for neglecting to note that I had purchased a CD from Sam's. That is where the License Code came from to enter.

I had a similar problem once I was inside the app.  I tried changing the resolution on my PC and that didn't help.   What I ended up realizing was that there is a zoom feature in the bottom right corner of the app.  It was more than 100%.  When I set it back to 100% it worked.

I purchased Turbo Tax Delux and am attempting to install it on my laptop and its doing nothing.  I have inserted it into the slot.  could someone help

@deonrobison  Are you on Windows or Mac?

Do other CDs work in the drive?  You inserted it the right way up?  Some people put the CD in upside down.

Or download Turbo Tax if you can't use the CD

And actually use the download method instead of the CD.  It has more advantages over CD.  Then you can also download it another computer.

There should be a card in the CD case on on the CD envelope that says how to download it and you will need the 14 or 16 digit code from it to enter.

@bbj9gkb  Did you install the program on your computer from the CD or from the download?  After it installs it will launch the program and ask for the License Code.  Are you getting a blank  Activation box or screen?   Are you on Windows or Mac?

The license code is entered during the installation of the TurboTax software on your personal computer.

The box for my activation code will not let me write. The cursor is there but it doesn't take my type

I am having the same issue. Tried everything suggested. Doesn't work. I am trying to get a refund. Just a terrible experience with TT Business.

I put in a return request. But I still kept trying and after a dozen tries it finally worked! Can’t tell you what I did, have no idea.

Worked when I used a windows 11 laptop. Still doesn’t work on a windows 10, where I would like to use it. So still could use help.
