One last follow-up about the zip code INACCURACY on the MI-1040CR Homestead Tax Credit form. While I had been given a free Desktop program to use, I've since discovered that the zip code is still pulled in inaccurately on that form, just like it did in the Online premium version (note: the Retention Dept specialist had me confirm the zip code in the wrong spot using the Desktop program, when we were only the phone; thus me previously thinking it was pulling in correctly... in my last message posted in this thread).
The work-around using the Desktop program is to enter only the 5-digit zip code in the "My Info" section at the beginning; then the zip code will be accurate on ALL forms (since just using the 5-digit zip code).
Geesh... seems to never end...
Oh my gosh, that is unacceptable. I appreciate all the effort you have exerted in addressing this issue. And it's very disappointing that after all these weeks, TurboTax has done nothing to correct it. I feel like I will no longer trust TurboTax to do my returns.
