I already paid for deluxe 2018, but have not paid fed/state taxes yet. if i upgrade to premier, am I allowed to clear everything I entered in deluxe and start over?

I want to clear my 2018 tax entry and restart from scratch. I purchased Deluxe. If I purchase Premier, can I clear entry and restart from scratch using the Premier product?

Once an online edition has been purchased it cannot be cleared and started over.  You can add, edit or delete any tax data you have entered on the tax return by returning to those sections in the program.

the question I am unable to get back to is regarding which state mutual funds should be taxed in. any suggestions on how to get back to that specific question?

 click on federal taxes at top left of screen, click on wages & income, click on explore on my own, on income summary screen scroll down to interest & dividends, click on update, scroll down to which mutual fund, click edit, click continue twice, it will ask you which state the income is from
