I tried using the Digital Assistant to get help with an issue I was having, and it asked if my phone number was still AAA-BBB-CCCC. I said yes, and it said a specialist would call me at that number in "about 7 minutes."
I waited and waited but no call. Later I saw I had a missed call on another phone (XXX-YYY-ZZZZ), which is the number I use for MFA (multi-factor authentication), and appears to be the number on my Intuit account.
The first number is one we've had forever, but am not sure why the Digital Assistant would confirm and promise a call to one number, only to have the specialists call another?

Well, I wasn't expecting help with my account here--I just called them and waited for someone to become available.
I only bring it up here in the hopes that someone can forward it to the appropriate dev team to look into and fix. The CSR I spoke with said he would send a link so I could report it (which also never came), and I assumed he was referring to this space, as other technical issues have been reported and referred here.
