The Digital Assistant is confused about my phone number...and I missed the specialist's call

I tried using the Digital Assistant to get help with an issue I was having, and it asked if my phone number was still AAA-BBB-CCCC.  I said yes, and it said a specialist would call me at that number in "about 7 minutes."

 

I waited and waited but no call.  Later I saw I had a missed call on another phone (XXX-YYY-ZZZZ), which is the number I use for MFA (multi-factor authentication), and appears to be the number on my Intuit account.

 

The first number is one we've had forever, but am not sure why the Digital Assistant would confirm and promise a call to one number, only to have the specialists call another?
