I searched extensively to see if I could file form 7004 online for 1065 extension. All the information I got is that I need to print a paper form and mail it.
However, I noticed that TurboTax Business Live appears to allow me to do a e-filing. But when I search "Form 7004", the help page there actually explicit says no e-filing. Now I am confused. Is the e-filing real (it appears to be approved) or the information on help page just wrong? I took a screen shot below:
I chatted with a live assistant. She could not answer my question, and ask me to post the question here. Can someone help me? Do I need to mail a paper form? The deadline is approaching and I am a bit anxious now.

Yes. Form 7004 can be electronically filed at this time.

But I was able to e-file 7004 online on TurboTax. Please see the screenshot below.
I am so confused now. Everyone says it cannot be done, but it appears that I just did it. Is this for real? Should I sent in a paper form as well? Today is the last day I could file for 1065 extension.
Yes, this can be filed electronically, even though a previous answer said you couldn't. I will need to have a long talk with that gentleman and correct him in the error of his ways. Don't mail in a copy because it is not needed.
