My son is 18, still lives at home, and he works a part time job. Will he need to file taxes on his own or can I still claim him? Thank you

The standard rule is that the qualifying "child" must be under the age of 19 at the end of the tax year. That is, the younger person can be 18 years and 364 days old on December 31 and the age requirement is met. If he is still your qualifying child, then you can claim him.
He can file his own return to get back any withholding that he is due. When he does that, he must mark the option that someone else can claim him as a dependent.
There is limit to the amount of money that he can claim if he is under 19 on December 31, 2021.
MY DEPENDENT HAD A JOB
If your dependent has a W-2 for his after-school job, summer job, etc. you do not include the information on your own return. You can still claim your child as a dependent on your own return. He/she can file his own return for a refund of some of his withheld wages (he won’t get back anything for Social Security or Medicare), but MUST indicate on it that he can be claimed as a dependent on someone else’s return. (Supervise this closely or prepare it for him!)
If your dependent’s earnings were over $400 and were reported on a 1099Misc or 1099NEC then he must file a return and pay self-employment tax for Social Security and Medicare. You may want to use this version of TT for that:

What is the limit of income earned in order to file or not file for him?
Hello,
You can claim someone older than 18 as a dependent if you meet the requirement of the law.
If the individual is your child, you can claim them if they are a full-time college student and they do not provide more than half of their own support.
If the individual is not your child (or if they are your child and they aren’t a college student) the following must apply: (From IRS Publication 501:(
“They do not qualify as a qualifying child dependent (if the 18 year-old is a college, this may be an issue for anyone other than a parent).
They are either related to you (in one the following relationships) or they live with you the entire year.
Your child, stepchild, foster child, or a descendant of any of them (for example, your grandchild). (A legally adopted child is considered your child.)
Your brother, sister, half brother, half sister, stepbrother, or stepsister.
Your father, mother, grandparent, or other direct ancestor, but not foster parent.
Your stepfather or stepmother.
A son or daughter of your brother or sister.
A son or daughter of your half brother or half sister.
A brother or sister of your father or mother.
Your son-in-law, daughter-in-law, father-in-law, mother-in-law, brother-in-law, or sister-in-law.
Any of these relationships that were established by marriage aren't ended by death or divorce.
They made less than 4,050 dollars for the year.
You provided more than half of their support.”
If you claim him as a dependent he would need to file a tax return if he made over $12,550 or had taxes withheld, when filing it will ask if he is being claimed as a a dependent and he would answer yes.
If they are under 19 or under 24 and a full time student you can still claim them.
You don't include their income on your return. It would only go on their return if they are required to file one. They don't have to file if they only have Social Security or W2 income under 12,400 (for 3020) but can file to get back any withholding taken out in boxes 2 or 17. But you don't get boxes 4 or 6 back.
To file a separate return for a dependent in the Online version you need to set up a new account separate from yours. Online is only good for one return per account. You can use the same email address for 5 accounts. You can probably use the Free Edition or the Free File website

Be sure on the dependent return you check the box that says you can be claimed on someone else’s return. If their only income is W2 and under 12,400 they do not have to file a return except to get back any withholding taken out.
