Last week I downloaded turbo tax.  Today it did an update and when I click on new return it errors out

In the investment income section I am caught in a loop.

I answer NO to ever question and when I hit continue, the program goes back to the beginning of the section.

@Carol_3Clay We cannot see what software you are using.   One guess.....we have seen users who buy the CD/download and then they accidentally log in and use online TurboTax by mistake.   Where is your tool bar?  Is on top of your screen or is it a vertical bar on in black on the left side?

I PURCHASED TURBOTAX PREMIER, AND IT WON'T LOAD ON MY COMPUTER. (i HAVE TRIED IT ON MY DESK TOP, AND ON A LAP TOP, BUT NOTHING, DIRECTIONS THAT CAM WITH THE DISC STATED THAT IT MIGHT TAKE UP TO 4 MINUTES FOR THE INSTALL PROMPTS TO APPEAR. I WAITED APPROXIMATELY 5 MINUTES THE FIRST TIME, AND 10 MINUTES THE SECOND TIME BUT STILL NOTHING. TO BE SURE THE DRIVE WAS WORKING CORRECTLY, I PLAYED 2 DIFFERENT MUSIC DISCS AND THEY BOTH WORKED FINE. PLEASE HELP!
