No I did not get my money back because it was already took it out of my bank so they said they could not cancel it the number that Tobot gave me to call I called them and they said 7 to 10 days but since it already been taken out it was not for cancel that’s bull crap

This is Missy Dorman I have called gave me a number to call  1800 Number to cancel and they said Call back 7 to 10 Business days I did then told me that my payment Already been taken out so could not cancel it I called back the eighth day that’s bs.

I would like to cancel my payment of $84.99 from 6/7/2020. My computer was not compatible with the download version. I couldn't switch over to the online version. I had started my taxes with turbo tax free. I ended doing my taxes with the IRS website and they are done. I don't need turbo tax this year. Please refund my Turbo tax deluxe year 2019 MAC to the account it was taken from.  Please let me know if I need to do anything else to get my refund from turbo tax.
