Spouse is NRA, marriage is Chinese, they don't have SSN or ITIN (And I don't think they can get one on time), still want to file with Turbo Tax LIVE

Help! I've been trying to do my taxes through Turbo Tax Live and suddenly I was informed that I cannot file through Turbo Tax Live because my spouse is an Non Resident Alien who lives in China with no SSN or ITIN. Why specifically does this stop me from using LIVE but I can do it just fine through paper?

I'm awful at filing taxes and last time I made a filing mistake the IRS still hasn't addressed my amendment. I need Turbo Tax Live, but please somehow let me know how we can add NRA as the field for their SSN field required for spouse, after all they are Chinese and have no connection to the US tax system.
I don't want to get charged for this service if I can't even file. Please help or add the feature just to simply type NRA into that field. Or perhaps since my marriage was exclusively done in China and their is no American paperwork proving our marriage may or should I file as Single.
Or can I just attach my Chinese Marriage Certificate copy to prove she is a Chinese national? Or can we have the final thing printed then physically write NRA on the Spouse SSN field, then scan it again and send that. Please I'm desperate and very bad at doing taxes, I'm very frightened.

You will have to file married filing separately if do not want to treat the nonresident as a U.S. resident and file a joint tax return. You will not be able to e-file your tax return, you will have to print and mail the return. When TurboTax asks for your spouse's Social Security Number (SSN) then enter as a placeholder SSN (we suggest 999-88-9999, 999-88-9998 or 999-88-9987, as those numbers won’t produce any TurboTax program errors in a review check). After you printed your return your will have to white out the placeholder SSN and write "NRA" (for nonresident alien).

I see, but how do I continue to get Turbo tax support, can you guys still do all the calculations and everything then send me the file for me to print out, white out write NRA, then mail myself?
I want to pay for you guys doing my taxes for me, but I can mail it myself that's fine, and I can write NRA myself too.

Please contact customer support and make sure that you mention that you want to file married filing separately to see if you qualify to use TurboTax Live with Full Service.
