So I requested for a new irs letter that was  saying I need to I'd me and I did then. I lost my letter because house burn down it been hard for me keep up with stuff like that but request for new letter online then i sigh back to irs account to check on thing they was need info bout my step child me and there mother [Removed PII] agreed that since they where with. Me for the year so guest I should of  put that on my application of employment when it  say how many dependents think my other child have not been stay with me [Removed PII]  me and his mother. Split up but so she was going claim him so maybe that where this thing is take awhile but what do I need to do  today I got letter from requested and say I don't need to do anything but let me know something be kind in the air bout all this thank u wait for reply

I'm not clear on what your situation is, but it looks like you may be  waiting for an Identity Protection PIN from the IRS. Here's a link to the IRS page on how to retrieve your IP PIN.  If you can't retrieve your IP PIN online, the IRS has a number you can call for assistance, 800-908-4490. 

But if you are unable to get a new  IP PIN, you may have to print out your tax return and mail it, as the link explains. 

Also, I removed the personal information that you posted to protect your identity.
