I procceseed my Federal tax return on Feb. 23, the WMR website keeps saying they accepted my refund and its still being processed.. It's been like that for over 21 days now, I was able to talk to an IRS agent but they gave me the SAME answer as most people, stating it could take up to 10 weeks! Is it really going to take that long? & if so, is there another way I can speed up the process?

Federal and state refunds come from completely separate entities. There is no rule as to which one will come in first or how long it will be between their arrival in your account.
Sadly, the IRS refund site has been behaving erratically and has not always been reliable this year. TurboTax has no control over this and cannot find out anything about your refund for you.
TurboTax gives you an estimated date for receiving your refund based on a 21 day average from your date of acceptance, but it can take longer. “21 days” is not a promise from TurboTax or the IRS. Many refunds are taking longer during the pandemic. The IRS is backlogged —-they are still trying to process millions of 2019 returns; they received millions of e-filed on the day they opened for 2020 returns, and now they are burdened with sending out another round of stimulus checks.
Some delays are resulting from incorrect amounts that folks entered for stimulus checks they received. Many people have been confused by the recovery rebate credit and completed it incorrectly. The IRS may delay your refund while they cross-check to see what you received.
First, check your e-file status to see if your return was accepted:

Once your federal return has been accepted by the IRS, only the IRS has any control. TurboTax does not receive any updates from the IRS. Your ONLY source of information about your refund now is the IRS.
You need your filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount (line 34of your 2020 Form 1040) of your federal refund to track your Federal refund:

If you chose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your federal refund, that will take some extra time, while the third party bank handles the refund processing.

I filed my taxes on Feb 22nd and I am having the same issue. I have been calling the IRS over and over with no luck. When they told you 10 weeks, is that from the date you filed, I assume?
Refund delays could be for a number of reasons. Generally it is related a dependent verification, refund offset, or some mismatch of information. You can try getting a transcript of your return and review of any codes or delay dates. Click here to get a free online transcript.
Did you have unemployment benefits. So to not have to process thousands of amended returns, if you had unemployment benefits the IRS could be holding your return for processing once their systems are updated for the American Rescue Plan Act that excludes the first $10,200 of unemployment benefits if your adjusted gross income is less than $150,000.
If you have earned income credit and/or additional child tax credit, it is probably delayed. Returns with either of these credits are covered under the PATH act, which gives the IRS authority to delay the refund to verify dependent information on your return. For 2020, the IRS was not issuing refunds for these returns until the 1st week of March.
Do you have any refund offsets such as back taxes, student loans, child support, state obligations (Court costs), etc. This could delay your refund and you will receive a letter indicating the change.
If you answered the stimulus questions incorrectly, this will delay your refund. If you claimed the Recovery Rebate credit on your return, the IRS is matching stimulus payments to returns with the Recovery Rebate credit. If there is a mismatch, you will be receiving a letter.
Keep checking IRS.gov "Where's my Refund" for the most up to date information.

I did taxes for my friend using Turbo Tax. The IRS has issued her refund except she did not get it. She wanted it put on her paypal card. I had put in the information for that card correctly. We have no idea where that money went to. She called the IRS and they told her that they had put her refund on that card. I have tripled checked the information for that deposit and it was correct. Paypal told her they do not know anything. What can I do to find where her refund went to?
Yes, the irs said up to 10 weeks from the date my return was accepted 😩
