I received an email stating I had to contact them within 48 hours of receiving the email.
I have called multiple times, out of all the people I spoke to no one had no idea how the company works.
It’s been 72 hours my taxes haven’t been sent to the irs because it’s stuck in pending and when I check the status on their website it says “we have received received your refund but it has not been filed” meaning the company has my file but hasn’t sent it to the irs. I have contacted the irs and they don’t see no record at all.
My account still says pending. Any idea what else I can do? No one at TurboTax has any idea what they’re doing and I have asked for a supervisor to which they never transfer me. They speak to “colleagues” and never provide any valuable information.
Should I just file somewhere else?

It appears your tax return is in a pending state and that's quite normal. I would not adivise to send in another tax return because this will slow the process down significantly. Pending simply means that the government hasn't accepted or rejected your tax return yet. Please see the information available here for assistance.
When you e-file your tax return, you will receive two emails. The first email only confirms the transmission was received. The second email will state if the IRS or your state either accepted or rejected your e-file. Please see the information in this TurboTax FAQ that explains in more detail the pending process here.
