You should double check the routing number and account number with the bank.  It must have got entered wrong or her name is not the same on the account.

I was told by turbo tax to call the irs about my tax return because they said they can’t give me a refund track because it’s the irs that sends it so I called the irs and was told turbo tax put my return into a temporary account because they wanted to take the fees!! So the irs gave my the info to the bank and the automated thing told me they recieved it the 16th of February but I called March first and said they sent a check it’s now the 5th and says it was payed out on March 5 th by Check…. Still nothing in the mail so turbo tax needs to stop telling people to call the irs when they put it in a temporary account because the irs dosent do it turbo tax dose because they want their payment!!!!!! WHERE IS MY CHECK??????

If you used Refund Transfer, in this public forum, we do not have access to any information regarding refund processing. It would be necessary to contact TPG for additional information. They are one who handles your refund if you elected to pay your fees with your refund. You can also check out this TPG Help Article to check on your refund.

Has the IRS sent your refund out? If it's been accepted, you can begin to track your refund at the IRS Where's My Refund? site. You'll need your Social Security number or ITIN, filing status, and the exact amount of your refund to check your status. If it's been more than 21 days since your e-filed 2021 return was accepted, you can call the IRS directly to check on your refund status.

Yes it didn't have my suffix on it how do I get it cashed I'm a jr and they didn't put it on the check.

You can let your bank know to see if they will still honor it, otherwise, you will need to reach out directly to the IRS (if they issued the refund check) to get this corrected.  To reach out to the IRS directly:

• First choose your language. Press 1 for English.
• Then do NOT choose the first choice re: "Refund", or it will send you to an automated phone line.
