Will TurboTax Premier run on MAC OS Catalina 10.15.3?

Yes. The minimum required to run Turbo Tax is macOS High Sierra 10.13 or later., so your is up to date and things will run great.

I CAN START TO FILL OUT A RETURN BUT CANNOT SAVE IT. I HAVE CATALINA 10.15.7

I spent several hours last evening with folks who may know how to do taxes but were out of water dealing with a software issue.  I will be back at it later in the am but really need to talk to someone who knows how the software works on a mac, where things are stored, etc. The "help" I got last night apparently lost me two significant efforts at getting my return done,  one of which was almost finished.

It will however the   2016  updates and state programming is no longer supported so it may not run at all or correctly even if you install it ...
