Why is my code not working and how do I fix it?

I just bought this today, no CD, package has a card with the code. Not sure if I didn't wait long enough for download or what?

I bought the store version Deluxe with e-file and state, started the download but didn't get a continue msg, now says my code has been used.

The 5 digit PIN is for e-filing your 2022 tax return and can be any 5 digits you select.

The 6 digit Identity Protection PIN you received from the IRS is entered in the Other Tax Situation section of the TurboTax program.

To enter, edit or delete a 6 digit IP PIN -

Click on Federal Taxes (Personal using Home and Business)
Click on Other Tax Situations
Scroll down to Other Return Info
On Identity Protection PIN, click the start button

Or enter ip pin in the Search box located in the upper right of the program screen. Click on Jump to ip pin

Are you talking about the code to install your cd?  The IRS code isn't something you would use to install your CD, this would be an activation code.  For assistance with this, please. see this Help Article.
