Why is my bar middle full ?

Thanks for your reply , I am referring about a bar that is in the home page of the turbo tax app for IPhone , the bar is located under the big number with the amount of your return my bar is middle full and it just say federal and states accepted on January 27 . 
why is the bar middle full what this indicates and when should move. Thanks for your time .

The bar is tracking the status of your return processing.  Here is a link to help you get more insight in to the tracking steps.

I really appreciate your time to get me an answer now my question is :

What means a full bar ?? 
I have a full bar since last Friday even when my taxes were accepted 3 almost 3 weeks ago . 
I will appreciate any answer .

The blue bar is used as a guide to track your refund status. It fills in more as your refund and return are processed and then sent. However, the best way to track your refund status is to use our e-file lookup tool. Please see below for more information:
