Where do I insert my license code to start 2024 taxes?

The license code is for desktop tax program.  It is not used for the online program.  When you download and install the desktop version, a screen will come up to input your license code.

If you need to enter a license code when you first start TT it will ask you to enter it. I don't know if the online program requires a code or if this is only for the download program which is what I use.

I downloaded the 2024 home and business turbo tax and when i went back to activate with the code it wouldnt let me

What is the problem?  I have my license code from Sam's Club and can't insert to start my home and business

I am having the same problem!  I was never prompted to input it and filled out all the information and now cannot figure out how to save it and resume tomorrow!  Poor show!!!

@ransomcb   Sounds like you got into the Online version instead of the Desktop program you bought.

If you have a License Code, you need to download and install the program on your computer and can move your online return to the Desktop program. You can continue your return in the Desktop program without paying for Online.
