@eli3burg  Read the earlier replies in this thread that you tacked your question onto. You do not need a Customer File Number when you are getting a transcript for your own use. Just leave it blank. The Customer File Number is an optional entry for lenders or tax professionals who get transcripts for several people at once. They can use it to keep track of which customer each transcript is for.
