Where do I enter my license code on this website? I have purchased a basic Turbo Tax disc. there is no pop-up window on this page

I insert my 2020 CD and nothing pops up for the license number

You enter the License Code after you install the program from the CD.  Did it install?  Are you on Windows or Mac?

Turbo tax does not have us computer dummies covered when I cann't get my 80 dollar software installed.  no popup window, no code box,  someone needs to answer these questions.

You enter the license code in the TurboTax desktop program you installed on your personal computer, not on the TurboTax website for the online web-based edition.

I inserted the disc in the computer tray several times, and there is no pop-up window,  When I try to activate

the disk by going to a "download" screen where I can insert my license code there are only XXXX-XXXX-etc.

The process seems quite complicated this year compared with past years.

Where do I post my license code
