TurboTax has a 60 day return policy for any software purchased from TurboTax. Since it is after 60 days, you cannot receive a refund for the software.
The TurboTax desktop CD/Download software and the TurboTax online web-based edition are separate programs with separate price points.

Use the key words billing issues and do Not use the word Refund or you will get a phone number for tax refunds.

Personal Note - The TurboTax desktop CD/Download editions are far superior then the online editions. With the desktop editions you have direct access to any forms, schedules or worksheets. You can complete and file as many tax returns as needed without further payment. You are not limited to using the desktop editions based upon internet access. You receive one Free state program download using the desktop editions of Deluxe or higher.
None of the above is available using the online editions.
Why do you want to use the Online web version? Can't you install the Desktop CD program? You don't happen to mean you want to download the program from online instead of installing the CD? You can download it with your purchase.
The Desktop program has more features and advantages over the online version.
