This year prices to high! Could NOT get a schedule c for self employed- it kept “looping” if they knew it was a problem why not fix it! 5 hours later… omg! You suck turbo tax

I had similar trouble. I've used turbotax for 10 years. Lots of trouble this year. On Review of my Federal Return there was a problem I could not fix. It was late and there was no one to help me. The site would not let me e-file with the problem so I had to print the returns for mailing in. Pretty dissapointed with this result.

I'm in agreement, TurboTax does suck. Later year, I paid $36 for Deluxe edition. My tax situation didn't change for this years 2025 return. Forced to pay $129 (after a $10 discount for submitting on 3-31-2026) for Premium.

And, I just checked my payment to the IRS status, and it failed.  Indicating incorrect Banking information that I filled out on the form.

Good thing I checked! wtf? I'm just going to use them anymore and if I'm penalized for making payment one day late, it'll be on!
