I have tried restarting my computer, clearing cookies, clearing cache, using different browsers. I even tried a different computer all together. Still getting the blue wheel. Please advise. Also, im guessing if this many people are having the same issue...its probably not a problem with our computers.
Couldn't even get the program to open, called for service, after 45 minutes got "disconnected". Second call went 95 minutes with no resolution. That was 5 days ago, still waiting on refund.

I never had issues before. I have used TurboTax for years, and this is the first time I can not move forward. I get stuck in the review uploading forms... What the heck? There is no help for this...
Try this and see if this clears the issue for you. Please log completely out of TurboTax. Then, in your browser, please clear your cache and delete your cookies. After this, close completely out of the browser. Re-open everything including logging back into TurboTax.

Sorry I didn't follow that. Did you reinstall the program? Or buy a second program to try to get more efiles? That won't work. Did you already efile 5? 5 is an IRS limit.
I purchase 2 program and I Uninstalled the first program after it was used up them I installed the second one and tried to efile and it said they had been used. What should I do.

As I said you can't do that. You can't get more by buying another program.
5 efiles is an IRS limit per computer and email address. I think it's to prevent fraud and people filing a lot of fake returns.
And to prepare more than five e-files, you will need to sign up with the IRS as an ERO - an Electronic Returns Originator. How to become an Authorized E-file Provider…..
Its say that you are able to install it on up to 3 computer it wouldnt let me do that. Will I be able to get a refund back or get a credit?
Actually you can install it on 5 computers you own. Why did you buy another program? Are you in Canada by any chance?
