Turbotax desktop locks up when I try to e-file my federal and state tax returns. How do I fix this?

What do you mean by it locks up?

Mine is doing same thing. Is system overloaded no answers.

• Make sure you run TurboTax (and saved files) on your C drive.
• Disable all anti-virus software (including modem).
• Run in Administrator mode
• Change Security Settings from Medium-High to Medium
• Perform a Manual Update
