Turbotax 2021 Will Not Open

I just spent 1.5 hrs w Intuit support and we ended up doing this file search and delete process and finally finally I was able to install Turbotax 2021. The one thing I would add is once to you find the file you need to delete in the Go Go to File window, right click and open the file in folder in order to select and delete it.

BEEN THERE DONE THAT!!  I've purchased the Turbotax Premier and it worked great till recently and now the **bleep** program wont open.  I've removed , reinstalled several times. followed all the instructions with the same results - the icon on the task bar and nothing opens.  I can't even get it to open to put in the code key.   I tried the manual update as instructed but the system says it's NOT installed but it is.   

I have been a TurboTax loyal customer for well over 20 years and now this starts.  I can't get a refund becuase the box has been opened.  What do I have to do ?  This seriously [bleeping]me off.

I am having problems opening the 2021 and using a Dell.  Can you tell me how you fixed the problem?

I could never get 2013 Mac with Catalina OS working.  I got a refund and installed PC version on my 6 yr old Dell PC.  Two weeks later the hard drive on the Dell crashed.  I got a refund on that version of TurboTax, bought a new Mac and downloaded TurboTax 2021 Premier for Mac.  All good now.

Thanks al for your support of my issue. I ended up reaching out to TT and requesting a refund. Then i did my taxes with the online version.
