I am getting the same error. PNC Investments has published an availability date for 1099s of 2/15 ... I'm hoping that for some reason TT isn't "turning on" PNC IDs until then. I'll try later this week. If not then this is, once again, a TT / PNC issue ... which seems to happen almost every year.
Update ... using National Financial as the institution and logging in with PNC credentials worked. Kudos to @heintz14 for the workaround.
I would suggest waiting until that availability date that has been published by PNC Investments and check again. If you are still having the same issue after that date, I would follow the steps provided by the above agent @CarissaM
Thank you. The PNC investments link doesn't work. I tried the National Financial Services link and that worked to be able to import information.
@heintz14 Glad that worked for you. Thank you for updating us.
