Please try to clear your cookies and cache, then try to open the software back up and see if the issue persists.

If clearing cookies and cache does not resolve this, please check OS for updates.

In addition to clearing your cache and cookies, as CarissaM stated, you want to make sure your operating systems are up-to-date as well.

There seems to be a problem with the website and app I keep getting an undefined error

Filing Tax Return - Clicked on Continue where you left off and it went to a blank white screen with the word undefined on it.

 

- Opened different browser (CHROME), logged back in, continued where we left off - Blank screen; undefined error message

- Cleared Cache images and files, cookies and other site data, download history, and browsing history for all time; logged back in using CHROME, continue where we left off - blank screen, undefined error message

- Rebooted Computer, Opened Chrome, logged back in, continued where we left off - blank screen, undefined error message

- Opened a different browser (FIREFOX) logged in, continued where we left off - blank screen undefined error message

- Stayed in Firefox while undefined screen was open, clicked SIGN OUT on bottom left side of screen (TTO) below Intuit account, Signed back in - continued where we left off and IT WORKED!
