I received an email telling me something in box twelve may be inaccurate,
I was able to locate my tax worksheet from last year and it only shows code DD, even though my W2 shows code C and D as well. I imported my W2 through my work directly, did it not transfer properly?
Do I need to amend this?
Or is box 12 on the worksheet only showing code DD and not the others normal?

You don't say who you got the email from or what you are supposed to do with the information. From the codes you do have, there does not look like anything needs to change. If your employer got the codes wrong and issues a corrected W-2C, then ask us again.
Here is an explanation of the codes
Code C is the taxable cost of group life insurance. This is not entered on your tax return, because that value is already included in your box 1 wages.
Code DD is the cost of employer-sponsored health insurance. This is collected for statistical purposes and has no effect on your tax return either.
Code D is elective deferrals to a pre-tax 401(k) plan. This is not entered on your tax return unless the amount is more than $23,500, or $30,500 if you are over age 50. The contribution was already removed from your box 1 wages, the amount is not normally part of your tax return. (If you have excess contributions, they need to be removed and other adjustments need to be made.)
So I reviewed my W-2s and it shows I have three codes in box twelve. When I went over my tax worksheet that I did through turbo tax it's only showing one code. My question is, if the other codes did not show up on the tax worksheet, does that mean my box 12 didn't transfer properly and I need to amend this?
For example: my W-2s have codes C, D, and DD.
When I look at my tax worksheet on here it's only showing code DD and not the other two.
I've only done my taxes alone twice, sorry for the confusion.
The email was from Turbo Tax, it's says "We’re contacting you because there might be an issue with the accuracy of your 2024 tax return. Due to an error impacting data imported to TurboTax, you might have incorrect information on your tax return from box 12 of your W-2. Please review to make sure the information in your return is accurate."
Upon further investigating I noticed on my tax worksheet it showed only one code for DD. On my W-2s it's showing three codes, C,D, and DD. My question is sense only one code is on my tax worksheet, does that mean the other two didn't transfer over properly?
I now know you're supposed to double check this stuff, I've only done my taxes twice alone. I'm trying, haha.

I don't know if C and D are supposed to be on the worksheet. I might be able to check my own return at home later. However, if you start the amending process and update your return to include those codes, it won't change your return one penny, and Turbotax will stop there and tell you there is no amended return to file, because your tax hasn't changed. You might be able to file the amended return by printing and mailing your return, but that won't include the worksheets since they are for internal use by Turbotax only.
Also, the IRS already has a copy of your W-2 on file from your employer, so they already know the cost of your employee health insurance and the value of your 401k contributions. There is nothing you can tell them by filing an amendment that they don't already know.
In short, while there may have been an import glitch on your W-2, it did not affect your tax return and you don't need to file an amended return.
