If I didn't receive any of my dependent stimulus check and already have identity theft against someone since 2019 but they still working on my case we'll I receive that stimulus check automatically on my 2022 tax return ?? Well I get that stimulus check as well

It’s hard to tell what the IRS will do. The stimulus check normally comes a few weeks after you receive your refund. It’s not normally included in the refund itself.
Stimulus checks or advanced child tax credit? If you did not receive the Advanced Child Tax Credit, you will simply receive the full amount when you file your taxes. You will see the amount you are receiving on line 28 of your 1040. When you enter your dependents, TurboTax will calculate your Child Tax Credit amount.
If you did are talking about the $1,400 stimulus payments, then when you get to the end of TurboTax, it will ask you if you received your stimulus payments and if so, how much you received. If you are eligible for more, then this will also be included in your refund amount.
It asked but it was for march 2020 though ? I received mines not my son stimulus check none of them.....? I put I received my $1400 but his
I received all mines not dependent stimulus check
I already file my 2022 tax return but didn't see we're it say anything about the dependent stimulus checks it said march was the last stimulus check we get ??? But I received all my stimulus check just my child I didn't because of the father who wasn't suppose to file
Since you have already filed you need to wait for your return to process. If an incorrect stimulus payment amount was entered the IRS will normally see that and notify you of any changes to your return. The processing time will be extended due to the extra calculations.
However, if the amount entered is correct everything will be processed as normal.
It asked about mines have I received the 3rd stimulus check payment I said yes...$1400 it didn't ask for dependents ? Stimulus check but I already have identity theft in place
I didn't file for my son stimulus check cause I didn't see we're to go to and it didn't ask for me have my dependent received they stimulus check but when I called identity theft they told me to do a amendment return and I did that so they can see that I still file even though my dependent social security number was used ...! And that I never received any of my child stimulus check at the time....I should get all that back
I just wanna know we'll I receive it automatically cause I file FIRST this time and get accepted ??? and they paid me back for missing child tax credit off the same child that someone use the social security on...they give back from last year what I didn't receive and when I file my 2022 it added on it automatically to my return but not his stimulus check so what do I have to do to get his stimulus check
You should look on line 30 of your form 1040. That is where you will see any missing third round stimulus payments added to your tax return. Since you filed with a dependent your total payment for the third round of stimulus would be $2800 (1400 x 2).
If you indicated that you only received $1400 in the TurboTax interview then $1400 would be on line 30 as a credit added to your tax refund.
If there is no amount on line 30 that would mean you indicated that you received the full $2800. Since that is not correct you will need to wait for your return to process. The IRS may catch this error and correct it for you.
At this time there has been no instructions provided by the IRS on how to handle stimulus credit that is omitted from the 2021 tax returns after processing.
Okay I did get a extra $2800 I didn't know what it was for I was thinking it was for healthcare family
Wasn't sure what it was for are which one
I looked on line 30 it was $4200
$4,200 is 3 x $1,400. Do you have three dependents for whom you did not receive a stimulus for? If so, your return is correct.
As awesome Tax Expert @DMarkM1 advised, you should do anything until your return is processed and you receive a refund.
It may be late February. By law, the IRS cannot issue a refund involving the Earned Income Tax Credit or Additional Child Tax Credit before mid-February, though eligible people may file their returns beginning on January 24. The law provides this additional time to help the IRS stop fraudulent refunds from being issued.
