    There is no live chat.  You have another  thread going already and have received replies telling you that you cannot add your 2018 SSA1099 to a 2019 tax return.  If you did not include the 2018 SSA1099 on your 2018 tax return then you need to amend the 2018 return.  If you did not file a 2018 return at all and want to seek a tax refund for tax withheld from your 2018 Social Security then you have to file a 2018 return.
