RMD bug

My total withdrawal from my IRA was $39817. My RMD was $13995. TurboTax is warning me that my distribution cannot be less than my RMD. Is this a bug?

Go back and Edit that 1099R. Try leaving the cents off in both places when it asks for the RMD.
