My wife passed away 2 days ago (2-14-2021). Can I still use her PIN to e-sign our 2020 tax return or what should I do? She had no income for the year.

You can still use her pin. So sorry for the loss of your wife!

Thank you.
She had no drivers license or state ID. How do I get passed that portion of the online filing?
If your state (see below) requires a driver's license or state ID to e-file, then you will either have to provide one or "skip" through this page without making any entry. If that does not work (or you don't have a driver's license or state ID), you will have to print and file the state return by mail.
Which states require driver's license information or officer IDs to electronically file returns?
Neither of these IDs are required to file a federal return, but failing to provide them (if available) may delay processing of your state return.
And, our condolences on the loss of your spouse.
I am sorry about your spouse, too. My spouse passed away at the end of January. I have tried several times to file my taxes with no success. I keep getting an error message telling me that either my agi or pin is not correct. I checked the box indicating that my husband died before the return was filed and provided his date of death. It does not give me the option to sign electronically for him and I believe that this is why the IRS continues to reject my return. Can anyone offer some assistance on how to get past this, please?
Same here. Turbo tax no help at all. Mailed in taxes (turbo tax said no errors) over a month ago, still no status with state or feds. I can not find answers so I guess I just wait.
To check the status of mailed in federal return go to the IRS Refund website. They also have an app that you can download The IRS has been running behind due to COVID-19.
I am sorry about the loss of your spouse. My spouse passed away last year in February. Last year I ended up having to mail in the forms for the same reason as you. The gov cashed my check so I know they received it. Thought I wouldn't have that problem again this year but I am. I will again mail in my completed forms and patiently await to hear something from them. Thanks for posting your problem. Nice to know I am not alone.
Thank you Marge. I am sorry about the loss of your husband, too. It’s maddening-Turbo Tax has to know that this happens. I would have been fine if they had just advised that I would have to file by mail instead of continuing to tell me that they would help me to fix the problem. I could have filed over a month ago. Last time I will use this software. No excuse.
Perhaps you should re-read the post as your response has nothing yo do with the question posed.
I do....everyday. Get error message stating the information is not correct....I've double checked info a zillion times.
My husband passed in May 2020...he had income up until the time of his death. I also had to verify his income for that year....still no reponse from mail in forms....just keep getting error message on website stating some of the information does not match. I've checked info a zillion times, it is correct. I've tried using his SS# then mine#...same message.
My problem was unable to e file my return with no driver license or ID.
Finally found my wife's ID card. used that and was allowed to e file the return.
My wife Marilyn died in 2020 . You ask for a lic. # I do not have to complete tax process.
