@WTE1 You do not need to talk to anyone, and no one can call you from the user forum. All you need to do is access your account(s) and print out your returns yourself. Did you forget how to get to your account? No one else can get to your account(s) or your tax returns for you. The filter removed your personal information because this is a public web site that can be seen by anyone--including scammers and identity thieves who would love to contact you and pretend to be from TurboTax. Do not post your personal information here.
Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them. Log out of the account you are in now.

Or did you use the desktop version of TurboTax? If so, the files are on your own hard drive or any backup device you used like a flash drive.

Please let me know what i am suppose to do now that the taxes are due . when i finished my taxes turbo tax said they sent them to the tax board. now i am finding out that i never sent my taxes in why?
Maybe you didn't finish filing it. Was your state return Accepted? Double check your efile status here
https://turbotax.intuit.com/tax-tools/efile-status-lookup
When you efile you get back 2 emails. The first email only confirms the transmission. The second email says if the IRS (or state) Accepted or Rejected your efile.
When you log into your account you should also see the status and if it was Accepted or Rejected, Started, Printed, Ready to Mail, etc. What does it say for state?
If it didn't go through you can try to efile it again or you will have to print and mail it. Did you efile federal? Was it Accepted?
How can I confirm my tax filing was submitted ?
Did you go all the way through the File tab, through the 3 steps and hit the big orange Transmit Returns Now button?
You can check your efile status here

i filed my taxes with turbo tax but was unable to receive a code verifying my e-mail address, will return be sent to the IRS without this verification?
If you were able to file, you will have an email showing you submitted your federal and state return.
You can click here to verify you filed your return.

I filed GA return at same time and it got the refund within 4 weeks. What has happened that the Federal efile did not work? Can Intuit fix this? Has anyone received any responses from Intuit in matters similar to this? I have called a multiplicity of numbers for IRS, Intuit....and in all cases, got rerouted in circles and when a live person came on after 2 months of calls, he immediately hung up after saying "this is Jerry". This is maddening. From now on I am going to call all these call messes "Jerry".
Due to the Corona virus 10 week shutdown the IRS's operations are still very limited. It may be that the IRS is behind in updating their online records.
You would have had to e-file with federal return with the GA return. You cannot e-file a state return by itself without the federal return (unless the federal return has been accepted). You should have received an e-mail from TurboTax saying that the returns had been filed.
@why0why19 I e-filed in October. the IRS has a transcript available within two weeks. it is strange that you got your GA refund because states generally do not release refunds on e-filed returns unless the federal has been accepted. can't tell you whether the problem is with TT or the IRS. if you preview your full 2019 return including all records there should be
ELECTRONIC POSTMARK - CERTIFICATION OF ELECTRONIC FILING
it should have the date submitted and the date the IRS accepted it.
1. THE INTUIT ELECTRONIC POSTMARK.
The electronic postmark shows the date and time Intuit received the federal return, and is deemed the
filing date if the date of the electronic postmark is on or before the date prescribed for filing of the
federal individual income tax return.
did you check your refund status on the IRS website?
what does it say?
if nothing you have some options:
1) try calling the IRS. this may be futile - many taxpayers are in the same predicament and you may not be able to get through
800-829-1040
First choose your language.
Then 2
Then 1
Then 3
Then 2
When asked for SSN do nothing it will ask twice
Then 2
Then 4
You should then be transferred to an agent, but there is likely to be a long wait.
2) try calling the taxpayer advocate in your state but many threads they never got through or the TA wouldn't help them. see map or lower down for phone number.
https://www.irs.gov/advocate/local-taxpayer-advocate
3) contact the closest IRS office and set up an appointment to go in. due to Covid you just can't walk in
https://www.irs.gov/help/contact-your-local-irs-office
I dont know why you are telling me to mail my state return for 2020. I have always done direct deposit. Which do I need to do? I want to direct deposit.
How to use direct deposit for your refund has been provided by clicking here.
My e-file 2020 return was rejected because the IRS did not recognize the 2019 AGI or self select pin. I wouldn't have a self select pin because I have never e-filed before. The 2019 AGI was transmitted to the 2020 tax forms.
I doublechecked it and it is right,
