No, the TurboTax live does not include audit defense. Audit defense will need to be added on as a separate service that would give you full audit representation from a licensed tax professional. Audit Defense is available through MAX Benefits (TurboTax Online) or as a standalone service (TurboTax desktop software). You'd need to buy it when you file your taxes.

Just do not select the option to have Audit Defense or Max or Premium Services added to your account.
