Did they say how long you have to wait to get it sent by mail??
Did they ever send it to you ? If so how long did it take
Did you ever recieve it and if so what day was it the 3/11 date?
That happened to us. Who do we contact? Was curious how it turned out for you
Santa Barbara Tax Group received my tax return on March 1st. I've written several emails and called several times, reported them to the BBB, and still have yet to receive my tax return. Do you know what I should do next?
My refund was rejected because my direct deposit limit was lower than the refund…what do I have to do. Do I have to wait a long time to receive my check
I filed thru TurboTax I got accepted but my direct deposit limit on the bank I have was lower than the refund what do I have to do?
@Electojugg The IRS does not permit you to change the method of receiving your refund after you file your tax return. If your refund is refused by your bank it will go back to the IRS and then the IRS will mail a check to the address on your tax return. This will delay your refund for several weeks.
Or.....
If you chose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your federal refund, then the deposit goes back to the third party bank that handles refund processing, and that third party bank will mail you a check. It will come in a plain envelope via first class mail so make sure you open all mail and do not assume anything is junk mail without opening it.
Your tax refund was not sent to TurboTax. TurboTax does not handle your refund at all.
Santa Barbara Tax Products Group, LLC (SBTPG) is the bank that handles the Refund Processing Service when you choose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your refund. This option also has an additional charge from the bank that processes the transaction.
You can contact them SBTPG, toll-free, at 1-877-908-7228 or go to their secure website www.sbtpg.com

Nothing you can do. If the bank rejects your deposit the IRS will mail a check to the address on your return. Yes it may take awhile.
I called the number and they said it was deposited via “bank print check” i did use TurboTax and got the fee deducted so I guess it’s a waiting game now
Did your direct deposit go to a wrong or closed bank account?

No there was nothing wrong with my name or the account numbers. My bank direct deposit limit was lower than my refund amount. So the bank rejected it, get what I’m saying?
@Electojugg Whatever the reason.....if your direct deposit was refused by the bank, it goes back to the party that issued the deposit. So if that was the third party bank, then the third party bank has to issue and mail you a check. Watch your mail. The envelope will be a plain envelope----open everything that lands in your mailbox.
They rejected my tax check cause I send it to my mothers bank but being that they didn’t have my name in her account they rejected the check. And I still haven’t received it. What can I do to correct it.
@Joeyfig160 They sent a check? Do you mean a Direct Deposit? A check would come to the address on your return with your name on it. If the bank rejects your deposit the IRS will mail a check to the address on your return.
