What exactly do you mean by "the itemized list of income"? Never mind the summary screens in TurboTax. Look at the actual tax forms. Does the 1099-NEC income appear on Schedule C line 1 (or on Schedule 1 line 3 or Form 1040 line 8)?
How many 1099-NEC forms did you enter in TurboTax? Does any of it show up on Schedule C or Schedule 1, or none of it? Does the income appear anywhere else on Form 1040 or Schedule 1?
The amount for the 1099 NEC does show up on is what I believe is schedule C. However, it does not show up in the summary listing of all income etc.
So that's ok to file like that?
Thanks --
Tami
IGNORE the sometimes confusing summary screens ... only look at the actual tax forms.
Thank you!
Why have a summary screen if it does not display the correct amount? I understand that it is correct on the form but this is very confusing.
