Is there a way I may file a complaint? The automated system at [phone number removed], as well as the chat feature, are a joke. I'm hoping the TurboTax agent's chat with me was recorded because management needs to hear it. The agent blatantly lied to me and then hung up.

Did you try posting your questions here? We might be able to help or explain it. We've seen almost everything and problems users have had.
Sometimes you are sent a survey where you can give a rating to the service you received.
I did call several times. Getting through the automated system was also a less than desirable experience. I finally was able to accomplish what I called about, which was the opposite of what she told me, so I was able to resolve my issue. If you are going to support a product, at least know how it works and what the features are based on what the consumer purchased. She on the other hand, requires new training, disciplinary action, or new employment.
