I presume you mean you want to start your own thread. Scroll way down lower on this page. Below each thread just after you see some page numbers, you should see a blue box "Post a question". Then you'll get a form where you can enter a subject/title of your question. Below that line is a box with room for any details.
Or you can go to this direct link to pick a category then ask a question:

Then when you go to the next screen after that, there is a blue "Ask a question" button placed right over the image near the top next to the search box. That makes it kind of hard to see.

I was supposed to have a call with a turbotax expert today at 2:15pm and they haven't contacted me yet. Is there anything I could do to get a call sooner than later as I set time aside to plan for this call and am worried that if they don't call me I won't file by the end of the day today.

Hi, I paid to file my taxes, but it said there was a problem with my payment. I looked into other options and decided not to file with turbotax. I'd like a refund since I'm no longer filing. Thanks!

For any account-specific billing issue, you would need to phone TurboTax Customer Support.
Tell the robot: "Speak to representative about a billing issue" or just "billing issue."

I’m trying to transmit my completed taxes. TT says it needs to check a few more things. I added one piece of information and the remaining items that it asks about are all correct. It then says ready to transfer and then loops into “need to check a few things “ which are the same items. How do I get past this and complete transmission of my taxes

TurboTax doesn't have chat in this forum. They do have phone support, however.

Or start your own new thread in this forum and ask your question so it will show up to the whole forum. On the page at this link, you see a blue "Ask a question" button superimposed on the image so kinda hard to see. There's also a "post your question" button off to the right and a little lower.
I was transferred after s/w a Turbo Tax representative earlier today and placed in the queue for completion and filing of my ‘25 taxes. I’ve been on hold now over 6 hours and believe at this point the $150 filing special will expire .

USER ERROR WITH SOCIAL SECURITY ENTRY
We have seen a lot of people who made a user error with the entry of their SSA1099. The screen right after you enter the SSA1099 asks you if you lived in certain foreign countries in 2025. If you skipped past that screen or answered incorrectly, your Social Security was not taxed correctly. Look at your Form 1040 and see if line 6b was left blank due to that mistake. The IRS is catching those mistakes and correcting them by reducing your refund or increasing your tax due. It is really so important to read every screen slowly and carefully from top to bottom as you prepare your tax return to avoid errors.
