As I understand your situation, you have concerns about the Child Tax Credit that is posted on your tax return. 

However, you have already filed your tax return.

Please do not try to change anything until the IRS has completed the processing of your return.

In the meantime, if you have a copy of your tax return, please check lines 19 and 28 of your 1040.

• The Child Tax Credit is posted in 2 different areas.
  • Line 19 is "Nonrefundable Child Tax Credit."  This credit can only reduce your tax to zero.
  • Line 28 Is the "Refundable Tax Credit", which gives you an additional credit above what your taxes were.
• Combine these two lines to get the total Child Tax Credit you are due.

I paid $100.00 for this online turbo tax and I am so tired of trying to get hold of a human to talk to about a problem I'm having with my return.  I have always used the disc and this is the first and last time I use your online service which is horrible..  $100.00 is more than I pay for my disc and I don't have any problems.  Whats going on with this service?

Hello, In 2021, I invested in stocks and have received 1099-INT, 1099-B* forms from Ameritrade. I imported the forms from into my tax return from TurboTax. I complains that 10-99-B must be fixed. I do not know how to fix it. It is 2-3 pages. I do not know how to fixed it.
