It is claiming to accurately complete my taxes I need to upgrade and pay $119.00 and I do not agree to pay this amount. What can I do?

I've never had to pay for this service and I only had a small amount of savings in stocks, so paying $119.00 for this would be ridiculous.  Any advice how to avoid this fee?
