Is anyone having Problems with paying with refund option?

OMG YES! I thought I was the only one till I started looking on here. When I go to file it goes straight to pay for turbo tax with credit or debit card there is no option at all for pay with refund. I've been trying for a week now and nobody from Customer Service can give me a straight answer. Today I was told that they are working on the issue with pay with refund to try in a couple of hours and it should work. but nope still don't work.

To use this payment option:

• Your federal or state (if applicable) refund must be enough to cover your TurboTax fees.
• You must have a US address.
• You have to e-file.
• The name on the bank account needs to match the name on the tax return.
• You'll need to direct deposit your refund into a single account.

I definitely am.  i dont owe and it wants me to pay with credit card or with my refund????

Please avoid pay with refund if able, there is an additional $40 fee for that service and it will send your refund through a third party bank to process that

If your TurboTax fees are higher than expected, you can reduce them by removing add-ons     (BEFORE you e-file) :

Remove Premium Services

Remove MAX Defend & Restore

Remove a state

Remove PLUS Help & Support

Remove Pay With Your Refund
