I have tried everything recommended but when click on "Get your Form" all I get is a blank page that has the words "Bank Login" in the corner.
Why I can not import my Charles Schwab data?
Please help.
Please see the below TurboTax help article for assistance with importing your 1099.
What if I can't import my 1099?
TT still has not fixed this problem. When directed to the "bank login" page 2 which requires a check mark in the terms agreement, there is no "continue" button to check. The only ability to leave this page in to click on the "x" box at the top. I assume this means that TT does not recognize my agreement because the TT response is to show a page stating that my attempt was unsuccessful and to try again later. This has not changed. It is a TT programming problem that needs to be addressed. First year this has happened to me. Probably the last after more that 15 years of using.
Me too! Plus, I couldn't load my software! Spent two days working with support and turns out there was a Ninja login screen. For me its been 25 years+. Done with TTax. DONE!
Still unable to import from Schwab after 2+ weeks of attempts.
Tried virtually every possible solution found I online (disable/re-enable 3rd party access, change Schwab account password, messing with screen resolution, deleting cookies, shutting down antivirus software, rebooting, etc) with no joy. Today I spent nearly 2 HOURS on the phone with a Schwab support rep. He walked me through every possible solution he had with no success. Increasingly it appears this is a TT problem.
It is even more maddening as my Schwab year end 1099 composite is many pages which now must be manually entered into TT. However imports from other institutions - T Rowe Price, Fidelity, etc - all executed flawlessly.
At this point it's unlikely I'll be using TT in the future. Grrr.......
Never again, TT failed us. I was able to log into charles shwab but found no form.
I checked all my security settings on CS to allow third party blah blah blah.

Thank U
What did U do to overcome
I'm still having problem to import data from Schwab.
Turbo Tax sent to me to this TurboTax page with "109x import" error.
I am able to import to Merrill Lynch. Is anybody having the sane problem? Any solutions?
Been having import from Schwab problems since Feb 18. Have spent hours on the phone/hold since then. Finally gave up and painfully entered all the data manually. Been using Turbo Tax for years but NEVER again.
Have you reviewed this resource? @kim88liu.
I am having a similar but slightly different issue.
From Turbotax, I select Charles Schwab, and hit continue. I sign into my Intuit account. It then opens a form to enter my Schwab user id and password. The problem is that I cannot actually click on the user id or password field. In fact, when I first open that - a blank form appears. If I change my screen resolution to a lower resolution I can see the fields but I cannot click on them. I have tried various screen resolution settings and, as I change it, I can see the fields and occasionally it seems to have captured a portion of my user id, etc. But, then I cannot hit enter. So, I cannot actually fully access the fields needed to enter my Schwab credentials. I have too much 1099 activity to enter it manually. Please advise.
This is the exact problem I am having. Tried everything that has been suggested. TT is ZERO help. Finnally gave up and painfully entered everything manually. Used TT for years. Never again.
I was attempting to import all day. Getting error msg 590...useless...on phone with Schwab and TT. No answers there. Turbo tax said it was a problem "across" and they are working on it(I guess not too hard).
Fix that worked for me:
I noticed that in the Security section of Schwab there was an option to bypass verification on trusted devices. I have had difficulty understanding how that feature worked. On a whim, I checked the box that said verify on all devices.
Bingo...got a text with code from Schwab. Entered it and sure enough download started and import was successful. I hope this helps someone from spending days trying to figure it out!
Thank you for providing the resolution that worked for you. This will be beneficial for our community. @dwtax
