Started 2020 return. No data imported from 2019 return: 1099-R payers; 1099-Int. etc..

Make sure that you signed into the same account you used to file your 2019 return if you are using TurboTax Online. Many people have multiple accounts and don't even know it.
If you are using the desktop version of TurboTax, you have to have a copy of your 2019 tax file saved to your computer or a USB connected drive in order for TurboTax to transfer in the previous years data.

I have tried all the suggestions/options. TurboTax is behaving unlike my previous experiences. I need help.

We have no way of knowing what all you have seen and tried. We don't know what "all the suggestions/options" includes.
Did any data at all from 2019 transfer into your 2020 return, such as your personal info (SSN, DOB, Name, address, etc?) Or does your 2020 return interview look like you have never used TurboTax before and is asking you to enter everything?
We still don't have a complete picture of your situation. You haven't yet said what product version you used for 2019--Online TurboTax or desktop software (CD/download). Likewise, you haven't said what you are using for 2020. If desktop (CD/download), are you using Windows or Mac?
If you used Online TurboTax for both 2019 and 2020, are you able to find and bring up last year's return, i.e., the 2019 PDF, when you go to the Tax Home and scroll down and expand the section "Your Tax Returns & Documents"? If you used Online TurboTax in 2019, and if you can't find any evidence of the 2019 return in that account, we can tell you how to look for multiple accounts. Many people end up with multiple accounts without realizing it.
I have used TurboTax for nearly 20 years -with the CD. Starting T/T for 2020 shows some data being imported from 2019; but only my personal data, no listing of the payers of my 1099-R, or recipients of my charitable contributions. Another possible clue: I cannot retrieve and amend my 2019 return (I don't need to amend it).

@tlmna Please try to uninstall TurboTax then reinstall it. If that doesn't work, please reach out to TurboTax Customer Support for assistance with this issue.

Did you log into the same TurboTax account that you used to file your tax return last tax season, with the same user ID and password? Some people have created multiple TurboTax accounts without realizing it.
