I have had to do this ID verification thing MULTIPLE times and it’s not going thru for some reason. I’m getting VERY frustrated as I was already charged $138 to file by Turbo Tax and now I’m stuck and can’t even file my tax return! There’s no way to contact anyone for help. I’m beginning to feel scammed.

Please explain more about what you mean by "this ID verification thing." That term can mean more than one thing. Is one of the following your situation?
We can tell you more about what steps to take once we know for sure what you are asking about. Since you said you cannot file your return, I suspect it may be the 6-digit email verification code, but that would just be a guess until we learn more. But that is a different process than "ID verification", so that's why I'm confused. We can tell you the steps to get your 6-digit email verification code if you are not receiving it in your email.
In the “ready to file step”…
I click “I want to e-file”
that brings me to the next screen that gives me “phone number verified successfully”. I click “continue” the next screen gives my tax info. I haven’t filed taxes in years so it lists: my name, “N/A” for the identity protection pin, and “$0” for 2024 adjusted gross income.
I click “continue” to next screen where it asks me to verify with a DL or State ID.
THIS is where the problem starts….
i choose state ID and am brought to a QR code to scan. Scan it and go thru with uploading my ID and a biometric picture of myself and then I’m stuck on a screen telling me to come back in 24 hrs.
I come back in 24 hrs and here it is I’ve gotta do the all these steps all over again!!!
like I said, Turbo Tax/Intuit was SUPER quick to take my money yet now there’s no one to help me and I can’t even file.

Have you tried another device or browser -- try to log in online and type in the DL information. Even if you are using a mobile device you can use the browser and log into your return through the phone.

It doesn’t give me an option to manually enter anything. It gives me a QR code to scan and then takes me to where I have to SCAN my Id with a camera.
You want me to use the link belong to take me to your FAQ like I didn’t already do this. I AM BOT GOING TO OAT EVEN MORE MONEY TO CONTACT SOMEONE AT TURBO TAX WHEN YOU ALREADY TOOK MY MONEY FOR THE “FREE” VERSION AND WILL NOT ALLOW ME TO FILE!!! You REALLY expect me to pay even MORE money to you to have you do any type of customer service?! No. I’ve had to resort to this… like it’s back in the early 2000s or something.
