You can't cancel or delete accounts. You can just leave and abandon it. If you haven't registered or paid or filed you can try to clear it

I am 80 years old and and my only income is Social Security. I do not have to complete IRS taxes anymore so please cancel my turbotax deluxe.

If you have not paid for the online edition you are using, have not filed your tax return or registered the Free edition, then you can clear your return. Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the program screen while working on the 2023 online tax return. Click on Clear & Start Over.
Do you mean you have the Advantage Plan and want to cancel it? No one from the user forum can do that for you --- you have to do that for yourself.
Hi. I need to cancel my order because I needed to urgently e-file and instructions indicated that I will be able to e-file with my non-resident alien (without SSN). However, it didn’t work and I’m told to print and mail it.
I found another service that allowed me to e-file my NRA splice without a SSN.

@calhroub You do not have to cancel anything. You can just clear out the return if you have not registered, e-filed or paid the fees. Or you can just abandon the account; nothing will happen with it. No one else has access to your account or your tax return.
If you have not registered, paid or e-filed you can clear and start over --- or just clear it and do not start over.

Hi. Thanks for your reply. The issue is that I paid for the premium so I can e-file but the software didn’t allow me to do so and ended up paying a different service to efile. Since TurboTax didn’t let me e-file as advertised I need my money back since I already paid it to a another provider that worked for me,
